For our 10 year anniversary we planned to go to the Monaco GP. Julie pulled a blinder and deviated slightly from the Page and Moy itinerary so following a helicopter transfer from Nice to Monaco we checked into the Hotel de Paris to start our stay. The 2nd bonus was that the room overlooked the track ! We also had a wander around the track as it was open for traffic on he Wednesday afternoon.

After a night in the casino (which we are getting old hands at now !) and some breakfast it was back up to the balcony to watch morning practice.

As we had a 3 day race ticket we decided to move down to our seats in the swimming pool complex.

After an excellent day it was back to the hotel for a day off before the Saturday qualifying.
